Shipping policy

LOCAL PICKUP

In store pick-up is available. An conformation email will be sent when your order is ready for pick-up. Holidays can affect pick-up days and times. Due to the pandemic, a mask is required to be worn when picking up an order.

PROCESSING TIMES

Please allow 5-10 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. We make every effort to fulfil each and every order as quickly as possible.

SHIPPING

Free shipping is applied to orders whose sums are $50 before taxes are applied. 

We ship to all 50 states in the U.S. Shipping times may vary based upon location. 

Please keep in mind that USPS and other delivering companies as well have currently been behind on deliveries, due to high volumes in packages. There has also been quite a few holidays that may have affected USPS and other delivery companies as well. 

PERSONALIZED/CUSTOM ORDERS

Personalized or custom orders may take up to 3-5 weeks to prepare. These orders have an extended processing time, because they are made-to-order. Also. please allow an extended amount of time at least an extra 2-3 weeks to be delivered. If you are ordering a customized or personalized item from another international country please allow at least a month to receive your order.

Also, please keep in mind that once your order has shipped we as a company have no control over it. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
